We are not a travel franchise, nor a brand created from an office far from Africa.
Destiny Winners was born from a real encounter in Tanzania.
David and César travelled there wanting to experience safari from the inside, without filters or impersonal routes. It was on that trip that they met Josez, Tanzanian, a local guide in Arusha and someone deeply connected to his land.
That encounter became more than a working relationship. It became a way of understanding travel: joining the local knowledge of someone who lives in Tanzania all year round with the closeness of those who support the traveller before, during and after the experience.
Josez knows the parks, the seasons, the roads, the rhythms of the animals, and many of the people who make every safari possible. To us, he is not a contact on the ground: he is the local root of the project.
David and César are on the other side of the trip. They listen, organise, answer questions and help every client feel secure before setting foot in Tanzania. Their role is to build that bridge of trust between someone dreaming of a safari and someone waiting there to make it happen.
We are a small team, but with a clear idea: to design private, carefully considered and honest safaris, where every person knows who is behind their trip.
Because we know a safari does not begin when you climb into the jeep. It begins much earlier, the moment someone dares to imagine it and needs to feel they are in good hands.
Every trip we design starts with a conversation. We want to know what you are looking for, how you travel, what excites you, what worries you, and what kind of experience you want to live. From there, Josez brings local knowledge and we build a clear, carefully considered, realistic proposal.
We do not work with impersonal routes or trips copied from a catalogue. We design private safaris, with local guides, hand-picked accommodation, and clear pricing from the very first moment.
And if there is one thing that matters to us, it is that everyone who travels with us feels two things: the thrill of discovering Tanzania, and the reassurance of not doing it alone.
Our guides do not just show up in peak season. They live there, know the parks across every season, and understand how the wildlife, the climate and the rhythm of each area change.
That allows every route to adapt to the real moment of the trip, rather than to a rigid itinerary planned months in advance. A safari should not feel like an excursion organised down to the minute. It should feel alive, flexible and cared for.
We work with local suppliers, accommodation and people whenever we can, because we believe the trip should also take care of the place that makes it possible. We want part of the value of every safari to stay in Tanzania: with its guides, its camps, its communities and its way of welcoming people.
We are not trying to sell an African postcard. We want to open a door to a real Tanzania, guided by those who know it and supported by people who understand how important it is to travel with confidence.
The four things that must be present in every safari for it to be truly ours.
A real safari, not staged: genuine moments of wildlife and untamed nature, with no script.
Unhurried itineraries, with room to be together, not just to tick off stops.
Expert support before, during and after the trip, with trusted local guides.
Accommodation and routes chosen for their character and light, not for appearing in a catalogue.
Tell us what you are dreaming of and we will design your tailor-made safari in less than 48 hours.
